Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using NexusPad ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NexusPad on a single device for the duration of your purchased plan:

  • Day Pass: 24-hour access from activation
  • Weekly: 7-day access from activation
  • Monthly: 30-day recurring subscription
  • Lifetime: Perpetual access (subject to these terms)

3. License Keys

Each license key is bound to a single hardware ID (HWID). You may not share, sell, redistribute, or transfer your license key to another person or device. Violation may result in immediate revocation without refund.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software
  • Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the Software
  • Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the Software to any third party
  • Use the Software in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security or licensing mechanisms
  • Use debugging tools, memory editors, or packet sniffers on the Software

5. Game Policies Disclaimer

NexusPad is a controller remapping and input customization tool. Use of this Software in online games may violate the terms of service of those games. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any game's rules and policies. NexusPad is not responsible for any bans, penalties, or consequences resulting from use of the Software in online games.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew and charge your payment method on file. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe's customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the Software and instant license key delivery, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued after a license key has been generated. If you experience technical issues, please contact support on our Discord server before requesting a refund.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL NEXUSPAD OR ITS CREATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION OR THE THEORY OF LIABILITY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

11. Updates & Modifications

We may update the Software and these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Major changes will be communicated through our Discord server or website.
