When you activate NexusPad, the following is collected by KeyAuth (our licensing provider):

• Hardware ID (Windows Security ID) — used to bind your license to your device
• IP address — for session validation
• License key and activation timestamp

2.3 Software Usage

NexusPad does not collect:

• Gameplay data or statistics
• Controller input recordings
• Screenshots or screen recordings
• Personal files or documents
• Browsing history or app usage data

2.4 Website Analytics

Our website (nexus-pad.com) may use basic analytics to understand traffic patterns. No personally identifiable information is tracked through website analytics.

We use collected information solely for:

• Delivering your license key and download link via email
• Processing payments and managing subscriptions
• Validating license keys and preventing unauthorized use
• Sending subscription renewal keys
• Providing customer support
